Kelly, a classical pianist from Saginaw, Michigan, was looking to replace a grand piano that she wasn’t happy with. She came in and consulted with our Store Manager, Grant. He invited her to play some of our Petrof Grands as well as several other brands such as Estonia, Fazioli, & Steinway. She ultimately decided on taking home a Petrof Storm.
We special ordered her the Petrof Storm Piano to fit her living room, which we had flown in directly from Prauge, where Petrof pianos are manufactured. It arrived in perfect shape, and confirmed our belief that Petrof makes, and delivers, some of the finest pianos in the world.
Kelly is absolutely thrilled with her beautiful Petrof Storm!

The Storm is true to its name, being the piano with the greatest sound potential of the whole Standard Series. It imprints a deep emotional experience within the pianist, and in the hearts of the listeners, that often cannot be put into words.
The uniqueness of the moment will strike you as soon as you hear the first sounds coming from this the largest piano in the Standard Series. Its versatility builds bridges across musical genres. It is popular with a demanding clientele and colleges of music, as well as for musical performances at smaller halls and functions.

Every four years, Warsaw becomes the luminous heart of the classical piano world. The International Chopin Competition is more than a contest — it’s a global ritual of artistry and endurance. For pianists, it is the Mount Everest of performance; for listeners, it is two weeks of breathtaking musical devotion.
But while the audience follows the fate of each pianist, another drama unfolds behind the music — a quieter rivalry that has nothing to do with interpretation or emotion, and everything to do with sound.
Because in Warsaw, the pianists are not the only ones competing. The pianos themselves are.
