"I have to say the piano place is our piano place. Grant did an awesome job, I would even go as far as to say is he’s a piano teacher and or historian or both. I have to say that Grant, Scott and Akane are all extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go beyond what is call of them. We actually walked in on Akane tuning a piano and bought that exact one. She was so nice and let my wife test it without hesitation. Scott took my son in the keyboard room and thought him a quick song to play, the conversation was priceless. We did not feel like there was a salesman and we would definitely recommend them and the piano place to anyone. I also have to give a big shout out to Mike, Louis and their third-party I don’t know his name from Mike and Louis moving (Piano Moving Engineers) they were awesome and did a great job, tested all of the piano keys before leaving. We really appreciate it obviously you know what your doing. Again Grant we appreciate you Scott, Akane, Mike & Louis. Anyone reading this definitely check them out you will not be sorry."

This post is long overdue. But even after 3 months the sentiment has not changed. Being a first time piano buyer I could not have been more pleased.

The education I received on piano brands and construction along with the various tones at The Piano Place was amazing.

Grant was wonderful in showing all that there is to selecting the right piano sharing his knowledge in an engaging and patient way. My shiny new black Hailun is truly a beautiful work of art and a wonderful sounding instrument.

We purchased a beautiful pre-loved piano from Grant at the Piano Place, and we are extremely pleased!

We worked with Grant to best determine our needs in a piano. He showed us (and demonstrated) a number of pianos - enabling us to narrow it down to one. His unbiased insights and knowledge are broad and informed.

We learned things about pianos and the piano business that we never knew - and which helped us in our decision. Ultimately, the piano that we bought was just right for us at a price that matched our budget. We highly recommend Grant and the Piano Place!!!

Very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. My partner was looking for a very-specific sort of piano and they were able to go over all the options regarding sizing and different brands, all the way from the sound profiles down to the woods the pianos were made from.They didn't pressure us to go fast, and let us try out a dozen pianos without supervision or any issues and were always available to answer any questions. My partner positively couldn't control her excitement over all the different pianos, including a beautiful piano with slightly small keys so she could play all the pieces she desires. It's a wonderful to find pianos that are bite-sized for her generally smaller hands while still being such a high-quality instrument.
